Albrighton Hall

2. What did you think to the facilities ? OK

3. Anything in particular you liked? Therapist was nice and very good with her treatments. Made me feel very relaxed, warn and welcome.

4. Anything in particular you did not like?
The relaxation room was awful - they dry heat in their really was not nice.
Also it's not a very nice place to eat you meal.

5. Favourite treatment?
Although the therapist was lovely she was very young and seemed quite inexperienced so compared to other places I thought the treatments were fairly average to poor

7. Had you been to a Spa before and how did it compare?
Yes I paid the same money to go to Amida in Twickenham. Amida was 100% better than Albrighton Hall the facilities were excellent and modern. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience hence why I was so disappointed with Albrighton Hall .

All in all I bought this as a Mother day treat for my mum and was extremely disappointed and the day before when I rung up to check things were ok I was told that the full pamper day had not been booked for us both just a mini pamper day...this was eventually rectified but not without initial upset...especially as the money for 2 full pamper days had been taken. When I rang to query all this both spa seeker and the Albrighton Hall blamed each other this is not something I wanted to hear!
