Whittlebury Hall Hotel Spa
2. What did you think to the facilities?
Fantastic – the Heat & Ice experience was very good. Place was much bigger than we expected and there were loads of people there, but it still felt like none of it was too busy.
3. What did you most LIKE about the Spa?
The Heat & Ice experience. Also we stayed overnight and had a very nice meal in the Astons restaurant in the evening.
4. What did you most DISLIKE about the Spa?
The customer service. Some of our treatments were cut short, and when I
complained I was treated like dirt by the Spa Manager. Also the speed of
service of food and drinks from the Silverstone bar during the day was
appalling.
5. Any treatments you particularly enjoyed or can recommend?
One of our group paid extra to have the 25 min body polish and she loved it!
6. Had you been to a Spa before and how did it compare?
I haven’t but various members of our group had been to Henlow Grange before
and they said the facilities were much better at Whittlebury Hall, but the
service worse!
7. Over all mark out of 10?
8/10. Everyone had a lovely weekend despite a few problems with the
service. We would go back again
