Spa visited was Sprowston Manor Country Club, Sprowston, Norwich.
The Hotel Spa facilities were excellent, staff were friendly and professional. The leisure facilities and treatment areas were clean and relaxing. I particualrly liked the welcoming and helpful staff who seemed to make a point of treating everyone as if they were the most important people there. There was nothing that I did not like about the day.

I can not pick a favourite Spa treatment. I had a back, neck and sholder massage, facial and pedicure. All of which were exceptional. I have been to other Health spas and have had similar treatments, but I can say without hesitation the the treatments on this day were of a much higher standard, as were all the facilities. I would give the Hotel spa and the treatments 10 out of 10.

Can I also thank the lady who took my booking at Spa Seekers www.spaseekers.com  (sorry I can't remember her name - it must be on my paper work) She was very patient, helpful and professional. She was polite and informative. She was able to meet all of my many requests. please pass on my thanks.
