1. Re Aqua Spa @Holmes Place Kensington

2. The facilities were very clean, plenty of towels and lovely Molton Brown products. We used the pool Jacuzzi ans Sauna which were excellent, Staff were helpful, and it wasn't crowded. We did not use the gym or attend any other classes so could not comment further

3.We liked the fact that Elemis product were used in the facials and body massages, ( and that we were given free tester samples to take away) we liked the pool and the very large jacuzzi. We also thought that as there were only a few treatment areas it felt less like you were on a "production line" We both had problems with our treatments, My friend received only 2 hours instead of two and a half hours as we had paid for. I was disatisfied with my manicure. I thought that the therapist had applied the varnish much too thickly and as a result it did not dry in the time she said it would. I had to take it straight off when I got home. However the manager there, Hayley Buck, has offered us free use of the facilities on another day, with my friend having her additional half hour treatment and me having another manicure, so i think that is a fair way to resolve the problem, there was no argument that we had been let down somewhat.

4.We didn't like the fact that there was no where to lounge and relax in the pool area. The only area was at the side of the restaurant, and we found that a real disappointment. It would also have been nice to have had a range of treatments offered within the gift Voucher Scheme rather than just the straightforward "facial" and body massage. For example we now know that the Spa does a range of treatments as we were given a brochure at the end of our treatments.

5. Favourite treatments were the facials wth Elemis products.

6. we felt that 8 out of 10 was a fair reflection of the whole experience

7. Yes we have been to other "day" Spas. We felt that this wasn't as good because it lacked the relaxing area that we had experienced in other places.
However, we felt that the use of Elemis products and the quality of both facials and body massage were better than others. We also thought the food was good (although wine would have been nice.) I'm a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice that did not include meat or fish. We thought that the day was fair value for money, although we would have preferred some resting time between each of our treatments rather than them running straight on for a solid block of time.
