Anything in particular you liked? 4. Anything in particular you did not like? I would recommend that the spa/ jacuzzi area has a quiet policy. When I was there, there was a group of ladies who were being extremely loud and obnoxious. 5. Favourite treatment? 6. Overall mark out of 10? 7. Had you been to a Spa before and how did it compare? I went to K-West Spa in London - have been twice now (both visits booked through www.spaseekers.com ) I like it much better than other spas I've been to which are much more expensive, but a bit impersonal. The chill out areas can get busy at weekends and there's not a lot of space, but when you go during the week, it is a lot less crowded and the treatments are spread out a bit more which means you can lounge around for ages between treatments and chat to your friends etc. When I went at the weekend it did feel a little rushed. The products (Espa) are great and it's a good opportunity to stock up. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. My favourite treatment was the facial, it's very relaxing. I think the facilities are great, it's excellent value and the lunch was really good, as was the restaurant itself. My only real criticism was that last time there was a conference going on and lots of people were in the changing rooms using the toilets which was a bit inconvenient for those of us there to use the spa - lots of women in suits queuing up. Overall, I'd give K-West a 7 out of 10. Regards Tracey Otter |
