Owned by Sir Peter Michael, The Vineyard opened its door in 1998, and is the sister hotel to Donnington Valley Hotel and Golf Club and the sister company of The Vineyard Cellars, supplier of Californian Wines.
The Vineyard at Stockcross takes its name and inspiration from The Peter Michael Winery in California. The winery has established a worldwide reputation for quality and consistency; The Vineyard is dedicated to achieving these same high standards. Sir Peter's aim was simple - to create one of England's most luxurious hotels and restaurants, blending elegant surroundings, exquisite furnishings and eclectic art and sculpture. This has been achieved uncompromisingly. The Vineyard is a member of Relais and Chateaux.
